• Promotions cannot be combined unless specifically stated.
• We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel any order because of inventory shortages.
• Limit quantities purchased.
• Substitute similar products when appropriate and previously authorized by the customer.
• Refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

If an item becomes unavailable after your purchase, we will contact you regarding available options.

5. Balloon Orders

Balloon arrangements are custom-made specifically for each customer.

Because of the custom nature of these products:

• Balloon orders are considered Final Sale once payment has been received.
• Balloon orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
• If the order was placed in advance, customers may request a different pickup or delivery date, subject to production capacity and product availability.
• Date changes are not guaranteed.
• Balloon orders that are not picked up or accepted on the scheduled date will be considered abandoned and are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or store credit.

Fiesta Supply is not responsible for balloons after pickup or delivery, including damage resulting from:

• Heat
• Sun exposure
• Weather
• Transportation
• Sharp objects
• Improper handling
• Pets
• Children
• Ceiling texture
• Power lines
• Outdoor conditions
• Any circumstances beyond our control

Helium balloons naturally lose float time over time, and float duration varies depending on balloon type, weather conditions, and handling.

6. Personalized Products

Personalized products are made specifically for each customer.

Once production has begun:

• Orders cannot be canceled.
• Personalized items cannot be returned.
• Personalized items cannot be exchanged.
• Personalized items are not eligible for refunds.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all spelling, names, dates, colors, and personalization details before placing an order.

7. Seasonal Merchandise

Seasonal merchandise is sold as Final Sale.

No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted on seasonal items.

8. Glass Vases & Glass Bases

Glass vases, glass bases, and other fragile decorative containers are Final Sale.

No returns or exchanges are accepted.

9. Floral & Catering Products

Due to their perishable nature, floral arrangements and catering products are Final Sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

10. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only.

Fiesta Supply is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Weather
• Carrier delays
• Holidays
• Natural disasters
• Incorrect addresses
• Circumstances outside our control

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and delivery information.

Additional delivery charges may apply if an incorrect address is provided.

11. Pickup Orders

Customers are responsible for inspecting their order at pickup.

Once the order has been picked up, Fiesta Supply is not responsible for:

• Damage during transportation
• Improper storage
• Exposure to heat or sunlight
• Mishandling

12. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our separate Returns & Refund Policy.

Please review that policy before making a purchase.

13. Payment

We accept secure payment methods offered through Shopify.

Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully authorized.

If payment cannot be processed, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

• Product photographs
• Product designs
• Graphics
• Text
• Videos
• Branding
• Website design
