Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Fiesta Supply experience. If your purchase fails to meet your expectations for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of your Fiesta Supply purchases up to 15 days in-store and 30 days online from the time of purchase, subject to the following conditions:


WITH A RECEIPT:
* Product must be accompanied by original proof of purchase from Fiesta Supply in its original packaging.
* Floral, Catering and Seasonal items are NOT eligible for refunds or exchanges.
* Within the 15 days for in-store and 30 days online, you may exchange the item or receive credit back to your original form of payment.
* Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
FINAL SALE
Sale, personalized, special order, downloadable software products, and gift cards are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

When making returns through the mail, please also note the following:
* If you are sending a product back, you must contact us at hola@fiestasupply.com.
* The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping returns to Fiesta Supply.
* We are unable to accept returns without a receipt.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you the status of your retuning items. If your refund is approved, credit will be automatically applied to the original form of payment, within a certain amount of days.
